Today I bought shoes, pillows and pillow cases, all with an eye toward a healthy posture.
It has left me so deeply depressed about the fact that I’m a grown up that the only response is to draw pictures of cyborgs and sorcerers hitting each other while watching cartoons in my pajamas for the rest of the day.
This whole episode was pure genius.
Just looking at Dylan Moran and Bill Bailey make me giggle. They don’t even have to say anything.
Bill Bailey episodes tend to be my favorite episodes of QI, too. I should probably check out Nevermind the Buzzcocks at some point, all things considered.

I did most of this drawing at my day job. It’s been a day since I finished it and I don’t hate it 100% yet, so that’s got to be a sign of progress, right?

Kids: A few hours ago, I landed in Los Angeles, turned on my phone, and confirmed what you already know. Sony Pictures Television is replacing me as showrunner on Community, with two seasoned fellows that I’m sure are quite nice - actually, I have it on good authority they’re quite nice, because… That’s a damn shame. The cast is great, so maybe there’ll still be something worth seeing in Season 4, but I’ve got my doubts Community is going to be anything like as great as it has been once you’re gone. Oh well. I’m looking forward to you next project.

After weeks of starting and stopping and throwing out pages and everything, I’ve finally started making genuine progress on Epee. And the weirdest thing is, even a week after finishing my last page, my hatred for the page is not 100% yet.
It feels so weird to feel optimistic about my work. Surely this will all end in tears.
I’ve got to get back in the habit of posting here one of these days.

Agreed wholeheartedly. As much as people complain about Nomura’s style in relation to Final Fantasy or Kingdom Hearts, it fits TWEWY so perfectly. And everything else about the game is amazing, too.

For the record, I’m not dead, I’ve just been busy. And drawing stuff that doesn’t really make for much of a drawing, like these studies I did while watching Taekwondo videos. Actually did several pages’ worth, but didn’t want to bore you with them all.
Comic has been going well, and I should have my thumbnails for chapter one completely done within the week at this rate, so I’m stoked for that. But it does take my attention away from drawing random fun stuff for tumblr. I’m hoping to do something interesting before the week’s over.
